Contributions to this blog on climate change law in New Zealand are warmly welcomed. In particular, contributions from New Zealand undergraduate and postgraduate students from any discipline who have written original, perceptive and thoroughly researched work are encouraged to submit their analysis of the legal issues associated with climate change. Likewise, contributions from practicing lawyers and active academics are invited to stimulate robust legal debate. All contributions must not be defamatory and must avoid personal attacks. Contributions are expected to be longer than 200 words. Contributions larger than 10,000 words may be accepted if the legal discussion is of a high standard. I will endeavour to ensure that all legal perspectives are canvassed.
